G.N. BAJPAI - CHAIRMAN, BOARD OF ADVISORS
Former Head of Securities & Exchange Board of India (SEBI), Life Insurance Corporation (LIC)
Mr. G.N. Bajpai is a distinguished leader in Indian business and an expert on financial markets.
Mr. Bajpai was previously the Chairman of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC), two of the most prominent positions in the country. Mr. Bajpai is known for his visionary leadership and exemplary integrity.
He has served / continues to serve as a non-executive chairman and a director on corporate boards in India and other countries, has received awards for his contribution to business, and has authored several books. Mr. Bajpai has been chairman of the Corporate Governance Task Force of International Organization of Securities Commissions and the chairperson of the Insurance Institute of India (III), a counterpart of Chartered Insurance Institute UK.

Pradip is a Board Advisor at Peak, and a well-known figure in India. He was the founder and Managing Director of CRISIL, India's first and largest credit rating agency. Prior to founding CRISIL, Pradip assisted in founding HDFC Bank, India's first retail housing finance company, in 1977. He also helped establish the Indocean Fund in 1994, in association with Chase Capital Partners and Soros Fund Management.
Pradip currently runs IndAsia, a corporate finance and Investment Advisory business. Pradip also runs GrowTrees, a social initiative to promote biodiversity. He has previously served as a consultant to USAID, the World Bank and Asian Development Bank. Pradip holds an MBA from Harvard University, a B.Com from Bombay University, and is a Chartered Accountant. Pradip brings in a deep expertise and strong sense of governance as a Board Advisor to Peak.

Satya is one of the foremost thought leaders in the field of sustainability. He is the most recent Assistant Secretary-General of U.N.E.P., a post he held for two years till March 31, 2021. A development economist and lawyer with over 35 years of experience, Satya brings tremendous value to the Fund. Satya has served with the U.N. for more than two decades, involved in strategic assignments in sustainable development, human rights, democratic governance and legal affairs across the world.
Satya is now the Secretary General of GASP - Global Alliance for a Sustainable Planet, an international organization set up to tackle global climate issues and catalyze transformational private and public capital for impact.human impact for enterprises. He is also a Senior Distinguished Fellow on Natural Resources Governance with the World Agroforestry Centre.
