ERIK SOLHEIM

Erik Solheim is one of the most active and recognized individuals in the field of climate, globally. Following an extensive career focusing on environment and development in government and international organizations, Erik Solheim was Executive Director of the UN Environment Programme (UNEP) between May 2016 and November 2018.
Prior to the UN, Erik was the chair of the Development Assistance Committee of the OECD. From 2007 to 2012, Solheim held the combined portfolio of Norway’s Minister of the Environment and International Development, and from 2005 to 2007 served as Minister of International Development. This unique portfolio mixture allowed him to bring a coherent approach to development and the environment. He has received a number of awards, including UN Environment’s Champions of the Earth, and TIME’s Hero of the Environment.
SAM PARKER

Sam Parker has been a passionate advocate for energy access and inclusion, primarily in emerging markets, for decades. Sam was appointed in 2015 as the Director of Shell Foundation, a non-profit entity set up by Shell, to enhance access to sustainable energy and transport. Sam played an instrumental role at Shell Foundation, which now has 85+ portfolio companies in Africa and Asia. Sam was formerly an Advisor to IKEA, until December 2022.
Prior to Shell Foundation, Sam joined Water & Sanitation for the Urban Poor (WSUP) as its first CEO in 2006, focused on delivering water to urban slums. In 2014, Sam won a Skoll Foundation Award for Social Entrepreneurship. He now runs FIGURE80, an advisory firm helping social enterprises improve governance, after recognizing the crucial importance of social entrepreneurs in achieving the SDGs. Sam is a graduate from Oxford University.
RAJIV MITTAL

Mr. Rajiv Mittal is one of the most influential individuals in the water space globally. He has been ranked the 3rd most influential water leader in the world in 2017 & 2018 by WWI (UK). Rajiv has dedicated himself to the water industry over the last three decades, with a special focus on sustainability. He is the Managing Director and Group CEO of VA Tech Wabag, a pure-play water technology company, and one of the foremost water companies globally. He strongly advocates for sustainable use of water, leveraging alternative sources of water, and efficient waste water treatment, water recovery and reclamation. He is also vocal in promoting advanced technologies for water treatment solutions.
PAVAN SUKHDEV

Pavan is a world-renowned expert in the field of sustainability. He was awarded the Tyler Prize for Environmental Achievement in 2020, which is considered the equivalent of the Nobel Prize for the environment by some. He is the Founder & CEO of GIST Advisory, a Zurich-based data analytics company with the mission to democratize sustainability through measurement of natural, social and human impact for enterprises. Pavan is also the current President of the World Wildlife Fund International, and was previously the Head of UNEP's Green Economy Initiative. He authored TEEB's report for U.N.E.P., "The Economics of Ecosystems and Biodiversity."

Terry Tamminen is the CEO of 7th Generation Advisors, a California-based firm active in creating and adopting solutions to fight climate change. He was the former Secretary for the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in California. Terry is also the Strategic Advisor to R20 Regions of Climate Action, created in 2010 by Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger. In 2017, Terry was appointed the CEO of the Leonardo DiCaprio Foundation. He is also an operating advisor to Pegasus Capital Advisors in New York.
SUBODH KUMAR

Subodh Kumar has 35+ years of experience in bio-fuels, alternative energy and waste-to-energy at Indian Oil Company. He conceived and launched the SATAT program to promote the use of Bio-CNG for transportation in India, and led projects in solar and wind energy. As the Head of Sustainability and Alternative Investments at IOCL, he has been involved in landmark infrastructure projects implemented in India. He brings strong operating experience in energy to Peak.
